稳定塔顶空冷堵塞原因分析及应对措施

摘    要:针对蜡油加氢裂化装置在长周期运行过程中出现的稳定塔顶空冷器铵盐堵塞的问题进行了分析。介绍了稳定塔顶空冷器堵塞的原因,利用铵盐易溶于水的特点,在实际生产中采取了在稳定塔顶空冷器前注水清洗的方法避免铵盐的沉积,取得了较好的效果,确保了装置长周期运行。

Abstract:Air coolers of the stability tower in VGO hydrocracking unit were analyzed in the process of blocking problems by ammonium salt in long period running.The reasons of stability towers blocked were introduced.Taking advantage of characteristics that ammonium salt was soluble in water, in the actual production, using water cleaning method before air coolers of stabilizing tower to avoid the deposition of ammonium salt, to achieve good results, and to ensure the long period operation of VGO unit.
