摘    要:利用自行设计的实验装置,开发出了合成3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷的新工艺流程,高收率和高纯度的获得了目标产品。工艺具有以下特点:设备结构简单、工艺流程简单、环境友好、易于操作。实现了在高真空低温状态下精馏产品,防止了高温物料发生聚合变质。新工艺实现了DMF的回收利用,大大的降低了生产成本,减少了废物的产生和排放,属于典型的绿色工艺。

Abstract:A new experimental equipment was provided, based on which a new process for synthesis of 3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane was developed. The product was obtained with good yield and purity. Process was characterized as simple device and procedure, environment-friendly, and easy to operate.Product was obtained under high vacuum and low temperature, which reduced the polymerization of the product.DMF can be recovery, the total cost and waste was reduced.It was definitely a green process.
