含Ti超低碳钢的氢渗透实验研究

摘    要:对含Ti量为0.043%和0.071%的二种超低碳钢,研究Ti化合物析出相和不同冷轧形变量对钢板贮氢性能的影响。结果表明,钢中含Ti量提高,含Ti化合物的析出量增加,钢板的氢穿透时间延长,氢扩散系数降低。钢板冷轧形变量的增加,其贮氢能力也随之提高。

Abstract:The influences of cold reduction and Ti precipitates on the hydrogen permeability of ultra low carbon sheets with Ti bearing amount of 0.0043 % and 0.071 % were studied. With the increasing of Ti content in steel, the Ti precipitates increased thus prolonged the hydrogen permeation time and reduced the H diffusivity. The increasing of cold reduction could also improve the hydrogen permeability of the sheet.
