| Abstract: | Inthe paper,the author introduces the essential situation,basic thinking and management operation model of the water-saving irrigation during the period of the ninth"Five-year plan"in Suozhou City.Due to using the thinking and model,the obvious effect on water-saving increasing production,farm land-saving,raising water efficiency of irrigation,social benefits and ecological benefits are obtained. |
