摘    要:某装置的自动装载机故障检测仪中,采用了能馈式模拟负载系统,模拟自动装载机主要执行部件的工作特征.在模拟负载系统设计中,采用了基于UCC2891D的有源箝位正激DC-DC变换器.经实际使用证明,整个检测系统降低了维修检测成本,简化了操作程序,提高了维修效率,具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:In the auto-loading fault detection equipment of certain type domestic made device,we adopt energy-feedback artificial load system to simulate the working character of auto-loading's main executive component.In the design of artificial load system,active clamp forward DC-DC converter based on UCC2891D was applied.Actual service proves that the whole testing system reduces the cost of device maintenance and testing,simplifies the operational procedure,and improves the maintenance efficiency,which also illustrates its economic value.
