容器圆形盖成型工艺与模具设计

摘    要:分析比较了容器圆形盖的新旧两种冲压工艺,根据圆形盖的形状、尺寸及其材料,经过工艺分析及计算,改用落料-拉延-翻边复合工艺,可以明显提高制件质量、生产效率.举例对圆形盖的毛坯尺寸及冲压力进行了计算.介绍了落料-拉延-翻边复合模的模具结构及其工作原理.

Abstract:By analyzing and comparing the both punching technology for the rotundity cover on container, a new compound process of the falling-drawing-curlling was adopted by analyzing the rotundity cover's shape and material and size. It was obvious that the product's quality and production efficiency were improved. This paper provided an example for calculating original size and punching force. The compound die structure and working principle were introduced.
