双季铵盐杀菌剂的合成

摘    要:以十二胺、甲酸和甲醛为原料制备出中间体长链叔胺,又以长链叔胺和1,3-二溴丙烷合成出双季铵盐杀菌剂,研究了长链叔胺和双季铵盐的合成工艺条件,应用红外光谱对其结构进行表征,双季铵盐收率可达85.4%。

Abstract:An intermediate, tertiary amine, had been synthesized from dodecyl amine, formic acid and aldehyde.Biquaternary ammonium salt bactericide had been synthesized from teriary amine and 1,3-dibromopropane. The process conditions that prepared tertiary amine and biquaternary ammonium salts were studied, and their stuctures were charactered with IR. The yield of biquaternary ammonium salt is 85.4%.
