摘    要:介绍了宁夏英力特化工股份有限公司氯碱分公司电石法PVC生产过程中精馏尾气和聚合母液水的回收与利用。采用变压吸附法回收氯乙烯精馏尾气,可产生经济效益1206万元;采用膜法回收聚合母液水,可产生经济效益389.3万元。

Abstract:The utiliz ation of rectified tail gas and mother liquid water from the polymerization process in the production of PVC by calcium carbide method in Chlor-Alkali Branch Co.of Ningxia Younglight Chemical Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The rectified tail gas was recovered by pressure swing adsorption method and 12.06 million RMB $benefits could be achieved,and the mother liquid water from polymerization process was recovered by membrane separation method and 3.893 million RMB $benefits could be achieved.
