白色氰尿酸的合成研究

研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂种类、后处理工艺等因素对液相法合成氰尿酸新工艺的影响,着重解决了液相法氰尿酸产品色泽深的问题。确定其新工艺:尿素加入预热到200~210℃的环丁砜中,反应2~3 h,氮气保护、快速冷却、流化床干燥后得到合格的白色氰尿酸成品。产品质量分析表明,其溶剂残留、纯度、色泽等指标均与采用固相法传统工艺的国内外同类产品相当。

Improvement on the Synthesis of White Cyanuric Acid

Comparing to the traditional solid-phase synthesis,liquid-phase synthesis of cyanuric acid has the advantages of higher purity of the product,lower energy consumption and environmentally benigh.The disadvantage of the later process,however,is the deep color of the product.In this paper,the color of cyanuric acid produced in liquid phase was solved and white product was obtained under optimized reaction conditions.
