| 摘 要： | 结合陕西省文体科技中心群体工程中的一个单位工程－－体育教育公寓的施工，通过对新技术、新材料、新工艺在各个施工阶段的应用，诸如自防水混凝土与建筑防水层的共同作用，竖向电渣焊与新型光学仪器的有效利用，导轨式爬架的大胆使用均给工程施工带来了方便，质量也有了可靠的保证，并产生了良好的社会效益。

| Abstract: | Combined with the construction of physical culture education apartment and through the applications of new technologies, new materials and new crafts in construction stages some construction technologies are summarized. Those contain the co action between the concrete and damp proof layer, the effective utilization of electro slag welding and new optical instrument and the use of guide climbing frame. Those new technologies bring convenience to engineering construction to acquire reliable quality and good social benefit. |
