Fermi surface deformation parameters and cyclotron effective masses in white tin

Abstract:Oscillatory magnetostriction and the de Haas-van Alphen effect have been used to determine Fermi surface deformation parameters for cross sections lying normal to001] in white tin. The temperature dependence of the amplitudes has been used to calculate effective masses for orbits lying normal to001], 100], and110].
