烟草分拣线自动控制系统的设计

为满足现代烟草配送系统高效配送、准确配送的发展趋势，烟草分拣线自动控制系统需要完成自动分拣、自动分离、自动喷码、自动打包和分类，设计了烟草分拣线自动控制系统。该系统采用上位机，通过交换机与PLC和喷码机进行数据传输和通讯，采用变频器控制四段皮带输送，实现了分拣过程中对每单香烟数量和品牌的准确比对，提高了分拣效率，保证了分拣的准确性。

Design of Automatic Control System for Tobacco Sorting Line

In order to follow the development tendency of efficient and accurate contribution,the to bacco contribution control system for tobacco sorting line needs to automatize sorting, separation, printing, packaging and classifying. A host computer is used in this system to conduct data transmission and communication with PLC and printer via interchanger. Besides, transducers are adopted in controling four-belt transport to realize an accurate comparison between order quantity and brand, so that the sorting efficiency is raised and the sorting accuracy is guaranteed.
