汽车消声器的性能分析与结构优化

摘    要:以某款排气消声器为例,将美国GTI公司研发的GT—POWER引入,分析了排气消声器的消声性能。优化可先测试出不理想的频率段,利用GT—POWER模拟分析消声器的传递损失,对比未达标频率段与消声器的传递损失,即可针对性地修改消声器内部结构,通过试验测试,验证排气噪声是否达标。

Abstract:This paper takes an exhaust muffler for example and uses GT-POEWR designed by GTI.INC to analyze the performance of the exhaust muffler. At the beginning, the tested frequency can not come up to the standard and transmission loss of the muffler is got. by GT-POWER. According to the frequency which does not come up to the standard and transmission loss of the muffler, the muffler structure is modified. By the test, muffler acoustic effect is testified to be up to the standard.
