大射电望远镜馈源舱的结构分析与数据处理

摘    要:采用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立了馈源舱的有限元模型,基于APDL语言实现了馈源舱在全工作空间内不同姿态的参数化建模。对位于典型姿态的馈源舱结构进行了有限元分析,得到了馈源舱在不同姿态下的刚度变形。通过对全工作空间内不同姿态下馈源舱的刚度分析,得到了不同姿态下馈源舱中各个关键点的变形量,同时给出了单一姿态标定后馈源舱由于刚度变形引入的系统误差,为馈源舱在全工作空间内的控制精度和定位精度分析提供重要参考。

Structural Analysis and Data Processing of Feed Cabin in Large Radio Telescope
Abstract:Feed cabin is built by adoption of finite element software ANSYS while parametric modeling at different attitudes in the whole cabin workspaee is realized based on language APDL. Rigidity deformation under different attitudes in feed cabin is obtained by finite element analysis of feed cabin structure under typical attitude. By analyzing the stiffness of the whole workspaee in the feed cabin under different attitudes, it is available to get the amount of deformation at each key point in the feed cabin under different attitudes. In the meantime it gives out the systematic errors introduced due to stiffness detormation of the feed cabin calibrated under single altitude which could furnish an importance reference for analysis of control accuracy and positioning accuracy of the whole workspace of the feed cabin.
