To provide good service is the goal to pursue for power supply service.Power bill collection process is the key link and window in power supply service.The author in this article conducts research on mobile terminal for electric power charge system,with the combination of network communication,applied software,with the aim of putting forward a new way of bill collection.Also some sectors are analyzed in accordance with mobile terminal research and its background,building application,design,and their functions.
