基于DDS技术AD9850的激励信号源设计

摘    要:给出了一种基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术的涡流检测激励信号源的设计与实现方案。以单片机AT89S52为核心的控制芯片,采用AD9850型DDS芯片,外围配合滤波器、人机交互等模块,得到频率、相位可调的涡流传感器的激励信号源。该信号源系统具有频率分辨率高、稳定性好、频率可控等特点,可实现100Hz-40MHz范围内、步进值为1Hz的正弦信号的输出,电压峰-峰值达到10+0.4V。

Abstract:A design and implementation proposal of actuating signal source for eddy current testing was presented based on DDS technology.The MCU based design utilized an AD9850 DDS chip controlled by an AT89S52,combined with a low-pass filter and a human-computer interaction module,to make up an actuating signal source for eddy current sensors with the attribute of adjustable frequency and phase.The signal source system has the trait of high resolution,good stability,frequency control and so on and The it supplies a sinusoidal voltage signal with a frequency ranged in 100Hz to 40MHz with step value 1Hz,voltage peak to peak value 10+0.4V.
