| 摘 要： | 通过对HDR管材生产工艺的简述,对管材弯曲异常的部位进行宏观分析、断口观察、化学成分分析、拉力实验、压扁实验、金相实验及相比例对比等解剖式分析,找到了导致双相不锈钢HDR钢管冷弯曲异常的原因是材料屈强比偏高,通过调整HDR钢管热处理工艺制度,使得成品钢管应变硬化值得以提高,从而有效改善了成品的冷成型性能。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the production process of HDR tube was described. By means of macrostucture analysis, fracture observation, chemical composition ananlysis, flattening test, metallographic test and phase ratio contrasting, the reasons were found for abnormal cold bending of HDR duplex stainless steel tube, namely the higher yield ratio. After optimization of heat treatment process of HDR steel tube, the strain-hardening strength was increased, and so the cold forming performance was effectively improved. |
