对短脉冲敏感的起爆炸药研究

摘    要:用珠磨法制备的PETN微粉和HNS微粉、重结晶法制备的HNS微粉作起爆炸药,使现有冲击片雷管最低发火能量小于1J。研究发现,炸药微粉的短脉冲起爆感度与其比表面积的关系远比与其拉径的关系密切。

Abstract:PETN and HNS ultrafine powders were prepared by bead-milling method, and HNS ultrafine powders were prepared by recrystallization. These ultrafine powders were used as initiating explosives for slapper detonator and their minimum firing energy was less than 1J. It has been shown that the specific surface of ultrafine explosive has much more important influence on the sensitivity to short duration pulse.
