开发一方景区 繁荣地方经济 致富周边百姓——安顺地区旅游扶贫的功能与模式

In order to achieve good effect of assisting poorness by tourism, training talents is the key. There are two patterns: both helped solely by scenevy spots and farming together with tourism. Several proposals are put forward at the angle of running the management system, establisling tourism-agricultural basis and ecouraging the production of tourism souvenirs.
