摘    要:针对传统微机控制系统的缺点,把108 t SF3102型电动轮矿用自卸车微机控制系统改造成108 t SF31904型电动轮矿用自卸车QKW3—2微机控制系统,QKW3—2微机控制系统具有较高的抗干扰性,测试速度快,精度高,测点多,稳定性好,安全可靠性高的优点,对30#和29#108 t SF3102型电动轮矿用汽车进行了微机控制系统的试点改造,经现场运行试验证明,该系统操作简单,运行稳定可靠,具有很高的控制精度,具有良好的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:As there are some shortcomings with traditional microcomputer control system,it is introduced how to transform the microcomputer control system of 108 t SF3102 mining dumper with electric wheels to the QKW3-2 microcomputer control system of 108 t SF31904 mining dumper with electric wheels.This system is with advantages such as good anti-interference performance,fast test speed,high precision,more observation points and good stability as well as safe reliability.After the pilot transformation for microcomput...
