Abstract:Relationships are derived for determining the average thickness of a liquid film and the predominant frequency of the wave motion on its surface under conditions of two-phase flow; relationships are also derived for calculating the hydraulic resistance and the rate of heat transfer to the film under these conditions.Translated from Inzhenerno-Fizicheskii Zhurnal, Vol.31, No.1, pp. 13–20, July, 1976.
