阳离子无皂乳液增强剂的合成及应用

摘    要:采用功能单体引入法无皂聚合工艺合成了一系列阳离子聚丙烯酸酯乳液造纸增强剂,对主要合成条件如共聚单体组成、阳离子单体比例、反应温度、引发剂用量等进行了优化,此条件下产物可使漂白麦草浆纸页与空白样相比抗张指数、环压指数分别提高16.0%、17.8%.

Abstract:A series of cationic acrylate polymer soap-free emulsions as the paper strengthening agent were synthesized by introducing a functional monomer in this paper. In addition, the main reaction conditions such as the component of copolymer monomers, the proportion of cationic monomer in total monomers, reaction temperature, the dosage of initiator and so on were optimized. As a result, compared with paper sheet of bleached wheat straw pulp without strengthening agent, the properties of tensile index and ring crush index were respectively increased by 16.0 % and 17.8% after the addition of the emulsion synthesized in the above-mentioned optimum condition.
