| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍了自来水厂沉淀池排泥装置的组成、控制过程以及水泵与排泥机控制原理的基础上,根据水厂的工艺、节水节电的要求,并结合当前的PLC技术与图型化开发平台技术,设计了自来水厂沉淀池排泥装置柔性控制系统。论文对柔性系统硬件电路组成及控制软件的动作规划及时间调度PLC编程进行了较为详细的分析.并对组态监控软件及界面设计予以特别说明。

Study and Design of Flexible Control System Based on PLC |

| Abstract: | The article introduces the composition and control process of settling reservoir soil discharging facility, as well as the control principle of water pump and soil discharger machine. The flexible control system of settling reservoir soil discharging facility is designed according to the processing, water-saving, and energy-saving requirements of waterworks, which combines the current PLC technology with graphic development platform .The article analyzes the composition of flexible system hardware circuit, action plan of control software and PLC programming for the time scheduling in detail. The configuration monitor software and interface design is especially explained. |
