| 摘 要： | 运用统计分析和抽样调查相结合的方法，对湖北省1991～1996年取得的重大科技成果中的可应用成果总量、质量、结构及转化状况进行了系统分析，指出了成果转化存在的主要问题，并提出了加速成果转化的相应对策。

| Abstract: | The quality, the quantity and the constitutional level of the applicable S & T achievements in Hubei province from 1991～1996 are systematically analyzed by using sampling approaches and statistical analysis. Problems in the commercialization of the S & T achievements are pointed out and some countermeasures to solve these problems are presented. |
