动态滤饼微观结构研究

摘    要:利用SW—Ⅱ型岩心动态污染仪测定了泥浆在不同条件下所形成动泥饼的渗透率,并对动泥饼进行了电镜和粒度分析。结果表明,随着压差的下降、剪切速率的升高或介质渗透率的提高,动泥饼中粗固相颗粒含量上升、平均粒径变大及孔隙增大等一系列变化,导致其渗透率升高。

Abstract:The permeability of filter cakes was determined by SW - I model core dynamic contamination tester. These filter cakes was investigated by SEM ( scanning electronic microscope ) and particle size analysis methods. It is shown that the content of coarse particle and the permeability of filter cakes are increased when lowering the differential pressure, increasing the shear rate and media permeability.
