| 摘 要： | 以盐酸氨基脲、丙酮为原料,直接反应合成了医药中间体丙酮缩氨基脲;分别研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比等条件对合成反应的影响,从而确定了最佳工艺条件;用该方法合成丙酮缩氨基脲的最佳工艺条件是:盐酸氨基脲和丙酮反应温度为52℃;反应时间为1.5h;n(盐酸氨基脲):n(丙酮)=1:7;丙酮缩氨基脲的收率达到63.98%。

| Abstract: | Acetone semicarbazone was directly synthesized from semicarbaxide hydrochloride and acetone.The effect ofreaction temperature,reaction time,materials ratio on the synthesis was studied.The properreaction con- ditions were as follows:the reaction temperature for semicarbaxide hydrochloride and acetone was 52~C;the reac- tiontime was 1.5 h;the molar ratio of semicarbaxide hydrochloride:acetone wasl:7,The yield of product was 63. 89%. |
