| Abstract: | The basic operating principle,structutes,designing rule and driving method of ACTFEL panel display devices are described.And some fundamental problems of fluoresceins and insulators applied to ACTFEL display and various processes used are shown.The structures and fabricating technologies of multi-color TFEL display are introduced too.In addition,state-of-the-art developments are presented as well as future trends. |
