摘    要:在单相中频感应炉中熔炼新型锰系合金Al-Mn—Si。通过正交实验,总结出合金冶炼适当的冶炼温度为1600℃.冶炼时间为15min,和熔渣碱度为4。在操作过程中,同时通过调整炉料的加入顺序开发出含铝30%-40%的Al-Mn—Si合金.最后通过扫描电镜观察其成分含量和分布,通过金相显微镜观察合金内部金相结构,发现合金结构致密,成分基本均匀。通过露天置放可达30天不粉化,因而冶炼较为成功。

Abstract:In the experiment, Al-Mn-Si alloy was smelted in the single phase middle frequency induction furnace. By orthogonal test, it was found that the appropriate smelting temperature is 1600℃, smelting time is 15 minutes and the alkalinity of smelting slag is 4. The components and distribution of the new alloy were observed by scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the product had compact structure and uniform components.
