铝土矿浮选尾矿盐酸浸出除铁工艺研究

摘    要:铝土矿浮选尾矿含铁量较高, 不能直接作为电热法生产一次铝硅合金的原料。采用盐酸对铝土矿浮选尾矿进行了除铁。考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、浸出液固比及盐酸浓度对尾矿氧化铁和氧化铝浸出率的影响。实验结果表明, 在浸出温度80 ℃、浸出时间120 min、浸出液固比5∶1、盐酸浓度21%的条件下, 尾矿的除铁率可达95%以上, 氧化铝的损失率在4.3%以下。

Abstract:Iron content in flotation tailings of bauxite is high, so the tailings cannot be directly used as raw materials for producing primary Al-Si alloy. Test of the removal of iron from the tailings were conducted by hydrochloric acid leaching method. The effect of leaching time, leaching temperature, leaching liquid-solid ratio and hydrochloric acid concentration on the leaching rate of Fe_2O_3 and Al_2O_3 was researched. Results show that the leaching rate of Fe_2O_3 can reach more than 95% and the loss rate of Al_2O_3 is less than 4.3% under the conditions of 120 min leaching time, 80 ℃ leaching temperature,5:1 leaching liquid-solid ratio and 21% hydrochloric acid concentration.
