建筑工地防水工程的火灾危险源辨识和管控

摘    要:建筑防水施工容易引发火灾。由于我国目前尚未制定防水材料防火性能的试验方法和标准,因而缺少各类防水材料的燃烧性能数据,这给防火安全管理工作带来不便。本文从建筑工地消防管理的实践出发,从研究防水材料主要成分的燃烧性能入手,结合火灾案例以及业内专家、安全技术人员和施工人员的实践经验,对各类防水材料的防火性能进行了分析总结,并针对防水作业各工序存在的火灾危险源提出了管控措施。

Identification and control for the fire hazards of waterproof engineering in construction site
Abstract:It is easy to cause fire in waterproof construction of buildings.China has not established the test methods and standards for fireproof performance of waterproof materials till now. Therefore it is lacked that the combustion performance data of each kind of waterproof materials. This has unfavorable effects to the fire safety management. In this paper, the actual demand of fire management for construction site is analyzed. The research on combustion performance of main ingredients in waterproof materials is conducted. Combined fire case analysis with the experience of industry experts, safety technicians and constructors,the fireproof performance of each kind of waterproof materials is analyzed and summarized. The control measures are presented for the fire hazards in each process of waterproof construction.
