再生骨料对再生混凝土性能的影响

摘    要:对建筑垃圾中的碎砖和废弃混凝土进行处理,生成再生骨料。分别对再生碎砖骨料和再生废混凝土骨料基本性质进行试验,然后根据两种骨料的不同掺配比例替代天然粗骨料进行再生混凝土的配制,并检验再生混凝土的基本性能。结果表明:再生粗骨料中碎砖和废混凝土所占的比例对再生混凝土的性能影响很大。再生碎砖骨料的含量越大,混凝土的工作性越差,力学强度越低。而随着再生废弃混凝土骨料含量的增加,混凝土的工作性良好,力学指标提高。

The influence of recycled aggregate on the properties of recycled concrete
Abstract:Treatment of construction waste in the brick and concrete,recycled aggregate formation.The recycled brick aggregate and recycled concrete aggregate basic properties test,then according to the two components of different proportion of replacement of natural aggregate of recycled concrete was prepared,and the basic properties of recycled concrete.This article concludes:The proportion of broken bricks and waste concrete in recycled aggregate has a significant affect on the performance of recycled concrete.The more content of reclaimed broken bricks, the worse of concrete workability and mechanical properties.While the content of aggregate in recycled concrete aggregate increases, the workability of concrete and mechanical property improved.
