红外热像法在检测建筑防水卷材粘合效果的应用

摘    要:红外热像法(Infrared Thermography)在建筑检测领域具有相当广阔的应用前景。本文利用NEC_H2640型红外热像仪,结合软件编程及参考红外热像法检测建筑外墙饰面粘结质量技术规程[1],提出红外热像法检测的具体技术方法,对某建筑地下车库外墙防水卷材粘合效果进行了检测尝试,发现红外热像法对大部分空鼓具有很高辨识度。实现了红外热像法在建筑防水检测领域的有效应用。

Application of infrared thermography in bonding effect detection of building waterproofing materials
Abstract:Infrared thermography has a fairly great prospects in the field of building detection.With the NEC_H2640 thermal infrared imager and technical specification for inspecting the defects of exterior walls cement coating of building with infrared thermography method,a specific process has been presented in an attempt to detect bonding effect of waterproofing materials sticked on an underground garage wall.It has been found infrared thermography can successfully recognize most of empty drums that realize an effective application in the area of building waterproof test.
