摘 要: | 建立了用于路面基层的工业废渣体系,即磷石膏-粉煤灰-水泥胶凝体系。得出了使磷石膏-粉煤灰-水泥-石灰复合胶凝材料强度达到较大值的磷石膏、粉煤灰、水泥和石灰之间的较佳用量比例关系。结果表明:磷石膏-粉煤灰-水泥-石灰胶凝体系的最佳配合比为:P:F:C:L=45:50:10:5,水灰比为0.21;得到的无侧限抗压强度线性回归方程为:y=-4.186+0.029x1+0.107x2+0.28x3-0.0933x4;强度形成的基础是石灰与粉煤灰的火山灰反应,磷石膏的加入生成了钙矾石进一步提高了强度,水泥的水化使强度得到更大的提升。

Experimental study on the road based materials of phosphogypsum composite binder |

Abstract: | The industrial waste system used for road base materials was established,that is the cement system of phosphogypsum-fly ash-cement-lime.Optimum proportion of blending content among Phosphogypsum,fly ash and cement of Phosphogypsum-Fly Ash-Cement-lime Composite composite binder was known through the study.The experimental results show that the best mix proportion of this system is P:F :C:L=45:50:6:5,water-cement ratio is 0.21.The linear regression equation of the unconfined compressive strength obtained is y= - 4A86+0,029x1+0.107x2+0.28x3 - 0.0933x4,the base of strength formation is the pozzolanic reaction of lime and fly ash,the addition of phosphogypsum promotes to generate Aft,furthermore the strength is improved,the hydration of cement makes a greater increase of the road base materials strength. |
