摘    要:研究了不同含量的改性纳米SiC粉体对灰铸铁显微组织、力学性能及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:与原灰铸铁材料相比,经改性纳米SiC粉体强化处理后的灰铸铁组织明显细化,珠光体含量增加,力学性能、耐磨性能明显提高,当纳米SiC粉体含量为0.1%时,强化材料的性能提高最大,其抗拉强度提高了22.7%,硬度增加了9.3%。

Abstract:The effects of different contents of surface modified SiC nano-powders on the microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance of gray cast iron were studied. Compared with original gray cast iron, the reinforced materials are characterized with finer microstructure, increased content of pearlite, improved mechanical properties and greatly improved wear resistance. With the content of 0. 1% of SiC nano-powders, the tensile strength of the reinforced material is improved by 22. 7%, the hardness is increased by 9. 3%, and the wear resistance is much better than that of the original material.
