燃煤锅炉热效率的在线计算及节能分析

摘    要:建立锅炉热效率计算数学模型,运用Matlab软件编程和VB软件显示可视化界面,完成锅炉热效率在线计算和可视化。通过对热平衡的分析,指出灰渣含碳量在锅炉热平衡中的核心地位,提出了改善燃料燃烧、减少灰渣含碳量、提高锅炉热效率的措施。

Abstract:The mathematical model for thermal efficiency calculation of coal-fired boiler is built, and the online calculation and visualization of thermal efficiency of coal-fired boiler are achieved by Matlab software for programming and VB software for displaying the visualization interface. The core position of the carbon content of ash in the boiler heat balance is indicated by the heat balance analysis. The measures of improving fuel combustion, reducing the carbon content of ash and increasing the thermal efficiency of the boiler are proposed.
