正负折射率交替结构光子晶体能带的色散研究

摘    要:为了研究正负折射率交替结构光子晶体的能带,利用光子晶体的色散关系,计算了正负折射率交替结构光子晶体的能带随入射角、随折射率、随光学厚度的变化特征。得出:其禁带非常宽,允许带非常窄,禁带的中心频率和宽度对入射角的变化不敏感。正折射率材料的折射率变化对禁带的中心频率和宽度影响也很小,正折射率材料选用不同折射率的介质都能得到频率宽度很大的禁带。能带的这些特征对设计宽频率的全方位反射器很有价值。

Abstract:For studying the pbotonic bandgap of the photonic crystal with NIM-PIM alternant multilayer,the dispersive method is adopted,the photonic bandgap of the photonic crystal with NIM-PIM alternant multilayer is calculated.The forbidden band is very wide and the pass band is very narrow,the central frequency and width of the forbidden band are insensitive to the incident angle.The central frequency and width of the forbidden band are insensitive to the positive refractive index.Width of the forbidden band is great no matter what is the positive refractive index values.These properties are of important significance in applications,such as omnidirectional and great frequency width reflector.
