| 摘 要： | 利用三维扫描系统对某空调钣金件进行数据采集,并对采集数据通过点云预处理、特征曲线生成和曲面重构等关键逆向工程技术,最终获得产品的CAD模型.对该重构模型的冲压过程利用Dynaform软件进行数值模拟,根据模拟分析结果修改工艺参数,以得到合理的工艺设计方案,为模具设计提供依据. |
