BST指令实现的结构探讨

摘    要:IC器件本身的逻辑性是否正确、IC与PCB板之间是否存在的焊接短路/开路、不同的IC之间的互联检测、Flash数据下载,均需要边界扫描技术的支持,BST的复杂操作关键要借助不同的指令来辅助完成,指令的实现可以有不同的电路逻辑结构,不同的方式存在较大的差异.本文将讨论不同的BST指令实现的结构,并加以比较.

Abstract:It's necessary to check IC devices' logic, to find whether there are short or open connections between IC and PCB, to make BST to different ICs, to load data for Flash memory. To do these, we need BST technology. The BST complex operations are completed with the help of instructions. There are different circuit logic structure designs for BST instructions, and big differences exist between them. This paper discusses how to design circuits for BST instructions, and makes comparison.
