两次淬火对35CrMnSi钢抗拉强度的影响

摘    要:研究了第一次890~970℃油淬、第二次810~890℃水淬两次淬火及回火工艺对35CrMnSi钢抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,两次淬火工艺可细化钢的组织,提高钢的抗拉强度。对于尺寸为12 mm×40 mm×200 mm的35CrMnSi钢试样,优化的热处理工艺为930℃×19 min油淬,890℃×20 min水淬,然后170℃回火120 min,抗拉强度达1958 MPa。

Abstract:Effect of double quenching,i.e.,first quenching from 890 to 970 ℃ in oil and second quenching from 810 to 890 ℃ in water,and tempering on tensile strength of 35CrMnSi steel was investigated.The results indicate that the microstructure can be refined,and thus the tensile strength can be enhanced by the double quenching procedure.For 35CrMnSi steel specimen measuring 12 mm by 40 mm by 200 mm,the optimized heat treatment process consists of austenitizing at 930 ℃ for 19 min and oil-quenching,and austenitizing at 890 ℃for 20 min and water-quenching,then tempering at 170 ℃for 120 min.As a result,the tensile strength reaches 1958 MPa.
