| 摘 要： | 采用激光熔覆技术对废旧锻模进行修复,并与用堆焊方法修复的锻模做了使用寿命等方面的对比试验。结果表明,激光熔覆修复的锻模使用寿命至少提高了4倍。

| Abstract: | The used forging die was repaired by laser cladding process,and compared with that repaired by surfacing process concerning the service life and so on.The results indicate that the service life of the die repaired by laser cladding is at least four times as long as that of the die repaired by surfacing process.
