| 摘 要： | 采用故障树分析法对煤矿井下带式输送机输送带的跑偏、打滑、撕裂、断带故障进行分析,重点对输送带着火事故进行分析。将故障症状（顶端事件）与故障原因（故障部件）以表格的形式列出,建立了故障症状原因对照表,可作为故障诊断辅助工具使用,高效解决带式输送机常见事故,保证其高效运行。

| Abstract: | With the fault tree analysis method,the paper analyzes belt faults of the coal mining belt conveyor such as deviation,slipping,tear and breakage,focusing on the conveyor belt fire accident.It establishes reference table for fault symptom(top event) and fault cause(defective parts),which can be used as troubleshooting aids to efficiently solve common belt accidents and ensure efficient conveyor operation. |
