液压顶推设备机械式卡紧装置的研制

摘    要:机械式卡紧装置通过楔块的锁紧作用实现卡紧装置与轨道的抱紧,从而为液压顶推设备提供推力作用点,其无需竖向液压缸提供卡紧压力,具有结构简单、使用方便的优点。研究了机械式卡紧装置中楔块的斜面倾角,上楔块、下楔块、壳体、钢轨间的压力和摩擦系数,以及他们对推力的影响,并得出结论:在推力一定的前提下,为降低楔块及壳体受力,应适当提高上、下楔块间及壳体与钢轨间的摩擦系数以及楔块的斜面倾角,为机械式卡紧装置的设计和优化提供了依据。
