摘    要:由于岸边集装箱桥式起重机的速度不断高速化,外伸距及起升高度的不断增加,吊具下额定起重量不断增大,要求运行小车自重越来越轻。文中所介绍的单箱梁自行式小车,通过对其结构及机构的优化设计,使其质量大为减小,制造和使用成本大为节约,符合节能减排环保经济的发展方向。这些优点加之新技术,都将提高产品的综合竞争力。

Abstract:As speed of the quayside container crane is continuously increased,the gradual increases in outreach distance,lifting height and the rated lifting capacity under the spreader require lighter and lighter self-weight of the trolley.For the single box-girder self-propelled trolley described in the paper,the self-weight is greatly reduced,thus significant saving on manufacturing and use cost is gained through the optimization of the structures and mechanisms,which is in line with the energy-saving environmental...
