摘    要:多楔轧工艺适合轧制长轴类汽车零件,但其轧制力能参数变化规律复杂,至今无统一理论可循.本文采用作者编制的楔横轧多楔轧制命令流有限元程序,利用Ansys/Ls-Dyna有限元软件LS950求解器模块,对楔横轧多楔轧制过程进行有限元数值模拟,实验验证其误差在10%以下,在此基础上分析各种工艺参数对楔横轧多楔轧制力的影响,阐明楔横轧多楔轧制力的变化规律.研究结果对于轧制长轴类汽车零件轧机设计中合理确定轧制力、正确选择轧制工艺参数及孔型设计具有重要现实意义和应用价值.

Abstract:The rule of parameters of force and energy is so difficult to find that no common principle can be observed in fabricating the complicated, long axial parts in automobiles. Therefore, in this paper, the software of Ansys/Ls-Dyna was developed further, and the finite element method simulation in multi-wedge cross wedge rolling (MCWR) has been conducted, on the basis of experimental validation error of less than 10% , the effect of various conditions on rolling force in MCWR has been analyzed at length, and regularity of rolling force is illuminated in figures. This paper is of application value in defining rolling force in reason, selecting the appropriate rolling parameters and designing MCWR mould.
