摘    要:通过对采煤机工作机构实际工况的分析,建立采煤机滚筒在复杂煤层条件下受力模型,并通过Matlab软件编写计算程序,求得滚筒瞬时负载时变曲线,同时将生成的负载导入到多体动力学软件ADAMS中,为研究采煤机截割部受力提供了理论依据,也为采煤机负载计算提供了新思路。

Load Simulation of Working Mechanism of Shearer
Abstract:Based on the analytical study on the actual working condition of working mechanism of the shearer,the load model of shearer drum was founded,the simulation programme of drum momentary load was worked out by the implementation of Matlab,the momentary load files of shearer drum were created and leaded successfully in ADAMS,it provided theoretical basis for force analysis of shearer drum,and it provided a new method for the shearer load calculation.
