| 摘 要： | 加压过滤机是连续过滤间断排料的煤泥脱水设备,其排料过程是否正常对设备的使用效率和工艺性能具有较大影响。介绍了加压过滤机双仓双密封排料装置的基本结构和工作过程,对排料闸板、充气密封圈、料位计、液压系统和充气放气装置等在使用过程中经常出现的故障进行了原因分析并提出了处理方法。

| Abstract: | Pressure filter is a slurry dewatering equipment of continuous filtration and disconnected belowdown.It has more influence about availability factor and processing property that blowdown process is normal or abnormal.The article introduces basic structure and working course of pressure filter blowdown device of double cabin and double hermetic sealing.It points out normal using faults about blowdown flashboard,gas-filled seal ring,level gage,hydraulic system,aerate and deflate unit.Meanwhile,it analyses the causes and put forward the handlings. |
