| 摘 要： | 高端液压支架结构件的自动化焊接技术在国内尚处于起步阶段,国内大中型支架生产企业多数采用人工焊接的方式进行液压支架结构件的生产,存在焊接质量不稳定、工人劳动强度大等问题,金鼎公司自主研发的高端液压支架自动焊接工艺和装备能够很好地改变这一现状。

| Abstract: | Automated welding technology for high-end hydraulic support structural parts in China is still in the initial stage.Most of the domestic large and medium-sized stent manufacturers produce hydraulic support structure by manual welding way,there is the unstable welding quality,intensity of labor and other problems.Jinding company independently research and develop the technology and equipment of the high-end hydraulic support structural parts,which can be a good change for this situation. |
