基于Pro/E和ADAMS的倾翻车机构的仿真与优化

摘    要:以软件ADAMS为平台,用Pro/E三维软件建立车箱模型导入ADAMS,在ADAMS创建倾翻车倾翻机构模型,箱体的倾翻机构为液压缸连杆机构,箱体的最大倾翻角为45°,当倾翻到45°时箱门箱盖自动打开,箱门箱盖倾翻机构为由液压缸驱动的联动四连杆机构。分析得到了箱门的角速度、角加速度、加速度曲线图以及倾翻机构连接点处的受力图等。以箱门受力最大值达到最小为目标函数对模型各设计变量进行分析,找出了对目标影响最大的变量,通过优化确定模型的最佳结构,优化结果使得箱门受力最大值降低。

Optimization and Simulation of Tipping Mechanism Based on Pro/E and ADAMS
Abstract:Based on the ADAMS simulation software platform,using PROE software to establish the carriage model into ADAMS,created tipper tipping mechanism model in ADAMS,the tilting mechanism for hydraulic cylinder connecting rod mechanism,the box door and the box cover of the tilting mechanism is a hydraulic cylinder driven linkage of four bar linkage mechanism.When the largest tilting angle reached 45°,the box door and the box cover automatic open.The angular velocity,angular acceleration,the acceleration curves of the box door and tilting mechanism connecting point of the diagram received.The box door maximum force to minimum as the objective function the design variables were analyzed,to find out the influence biggest variable,optimization results in maximum force reduction of the box door.
