摘 要: | 构建了数控机床远程测控系统,系统采用底层、中间层和顶层的3层拓扑结构,研发了一种基于TMS320LF2407 DSP的数控机床远程测控仪,详细介绍了该测控仪的硬件和软件设计,并且在数控机床远程控制平台上进行直线插补和圆弧插补等插补精度的实时远程测试与误差分析。

Abstract: | NC tool remote measurement-control system is constructed.In this system,there are three layers-field layer,middle layer and user layer by topology structure.The NC tool remote measure control instrument based on TMS320LF2407 DSP are developed and the hardware and software design of the remote measure-control instrument are expatiated.On the NC tool remote measure-control platform,real-time remote measure and error analysis of interpolation precision like circular interpolation and linear interpolation are realized. |
