摘 要: | 煤矿井下局部通风机多使用双风机、双电源、自动倒台系统。当掘进工作面或其回风流中瓦斯浓度大于3%时风机不能人工停止;当风机故障停止运转,在此瓦斯浓度下,必须对风机进行闭锁使之不能启动,只有通过密码操作软件或使用专用工具方可人工解锁;当瓦斯浓度低于1.5%时自动解锁。对现用控制开关进行改造。介绍的改造方案,简单、可行、可靠,影响通风时间短。

Abstract: | The coal mine local ventilator multi-use dual-fan,dual power supplies,automatic downfall system.When the heading face or back to the romantic in gas concentration is greater than 3%,the fan can not be manually stopped;fan failure stop operation,the concentration of this gas,wind turbines must the lockout can not start cryptographic operations only through the software or use a special tool before people unlock;automatically unlock when the gas concentration of less than 1.5%.The need to transform the current control switch.This article describes the transformation program,simple,feasible,reliable and affect short time ventilation |
